About the Program:
Transformative process that equips youth workers to build thriving youth ministries in
their communities through the City Life Model.

Overview of the Cohort:
• Monthly cohort gatherings
• Participate in YFC Training Modules
• Join a monthly gathering online with YFC Facilitator
• Leadership and urban ministry training
• Peer learning and collaboration
• Coaching, mentoring, and resource support
• Site visits and exposure to diverse NYC ministry contexts
Structure and Commitment:
• 12-Month Cohort
• Training from NYC leaders & YFC Staff
• Applications open in January
• New cohort begins in June

Who is it For:
1) Youth Pastors
2) Volunteer Leaders
3) Anyone ministering to teens in NYC
*Our preference is that our participants live in or close to NYC
